1 Introduction

wim8 is a VIP-level online gaming platform built for players in Myanmar. This "Terms and Conditions Agreement" ("Agreement") forms a legally binding agreement between wim8 ("we", "platform") and the player using the platform ("player", "you").

This Agreement covers how to use the platform, financial matters, bonus conditions, account responsibilities, and player rights. Anyone who intends to use the platform must read and understand this Agreement carefully.

The platform is protected with SSL encryption and guarantees fair play. We are committed to keeping players' personal information and financial transactions safe and secure.

2 Account Opening and Registration

To open an account on the platform, a player must meet the following requirements—

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• Accounts must be registered with accurate personal information only. Any account opened with false information may be closed without prior notice.
• Each player may only hold one active account at a time. If duplicate accounts are found, all related accounts may be closed and any funds forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party.
• Account login credentials (password, PIN) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

wim8 recommends Two-Factor Authentication to keep player accounts secure. The platform cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by a third party.

3 Age Restriction (21+)

This platform is for players aged 21 and above only. This is a strict and non-negotiable policy.

We reserve the right to request age verification from any player at any time. If a player is found to be underage—

• The account will be closed immediately.
• Any winnings or bonus funds earned during play must be returned.
• Only the original deposit amount may be refunded; any winnings earned while underage will not be returned.

Parents and guardians must secure devices that minors could access, and players must not share their login credentials with anyone.

4 Deposit Policy

Players can deposit funds into their account using the following payment methods—

• KBZPay
• Wave Money
• AYA Pay
• Bank Transfer

Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks — This requirement applies to all payment methods.

When depositing, players must transfer funds from their own account only. If a third party's funds are deposited, the account may be closed without a refund.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks

Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

A short processing time is required for security verification, and this is done to protect both the player and the platform.

Conditions relating to withdrawals—

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If bonus funds are involved, withdrawals can only be made after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be subject to additional withdrawal requirements.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, a review may be triggered and processing times may change accordingly.

6 Bonus Policy and Wagering Requirement

wim8's welcome bonus is available on the first deposit—

• You will receive an additional 200% on your deposit amount.
• Maximum bonus amount: 100,000 Ks
• Wagering Requirement (amount required to be wagered): bonus amount × 25

Bonus terms and conditions—

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• The platform reserves the right to change or stop bonus offers at any time, and may void bonuses where abuse has been identified.
• The platform does not allow using bonus funds to qualify for additional bonuses.

7 Responsible Gaming

wim8 is committed to helping players game responsibly. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be seen as a way to make money.

Things players should keep in mind—

• Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose before you start.
• Do not think of chasing losses as a way to win back what you have lost.
• Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8 Prohibited Activities

Players are prohibited from the following activities—

• Bonus Abuse: Creating fake accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage"), or restricting play only to bonus-eligible games.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to carry out illegal financial transactions.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, software, scripts, or any automation tools to play.
• Actions That Harm the Platform: Hacking, introducing viruses, or attempting to exploit bonus software.
• Misconduct: Treating staff or other players in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner.

If any of these violations are found, the player's account will be suspended immediately and remaining funds may be forfeited.

9 VIP Upgrade Policy

The wim8 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze: Annual cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver: Annual cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold: Annual cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are determined by taking into account relevant factors including the player's gaming frequency, play volume, and engagement with the platform.

Funds received through VIP Cashback are not bonus funds — they are cashback returned to the player by wim8. Cashback withdrawals must be made in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

10 Right to Suspend Service

wim8 may, at any time, with or without reason—

• Temporarily suspend or close any player's account.
• Request additional personal information from a player for verification.
• Temporarily suspend services due to technical issues or legal reasons.

If a player believes any such action is unfair, they may contact [email protected] to appeal. wim8 commits to handling all such matters in good faith.

11 Personal Data Protection

wim8 will keep players' personal data safe and secure, and will not sell or share it with third parties (except where required by law or a legitimate safety request).

Personal data provided by players will only be used to deliver platform services, comply with legal obligations, and provide players with effective support.

12 Limitation of Liability

The wim8 platform cannot be held responsible for players' gaming decisions, financial losses, or matters arising from personal choices.

Cases where the platform cannot be held liable include—

• Violations caused by the player's own negligence
• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Personal data leaks caused by third parties
• Losses caused by the player sharing their own password

In any case, the platform's liability shall not exceed the amount the player has deposited into the platform (excluding bonuses).

13 Policy Changes

wim8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after the announcement will be considered acceptance of those changes.
